Anonymous: "when making gifs, can you apply the effect to the text or the whole photo with just one click ? and not applying it on each layer at a time ?"

I don’t know actually, there is supposed to be a tutorial for it somewhere here on Tumblr but I don’t have it. I do it on each frame.
