followtawny asked: To your anon- just select all frames in the timeline. Add your text and layer effects. Then click the eye to hide the layer and click it again to show it. Should apply to all layers ;) If that didn't work try clicking the eye for JUST the effect and then clicking again. But yeah, make sure you select all frames in the timeline first :)
